Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
The following policy outlines how rescheduling and cancellations are handled across all booking types. These guidelines are in place to ensure fairness, protect studio availability, and allow sessions to run smoothly for all clients.
Standard Bookings
Rescheduling
Bookings may be rescheduled at no cost if requested at least 2 hours prior to the session.
Rescheduled sessions must be rebooked within 14 days of the original booking.
Late Changes
Rescheduling within 2 hours of the session will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the booking being forfeited.
Session Transfers
Transferred sessions remain subject to all rescheduling, cancellation, and expiry policies.
The original booking holder retains full responsibility and liability for the booking.
Multi-Session Packs
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost within the active package period.
Rescheduled sessions must still be used within the package validity timeframe.
Cancellations
Sessions are not refundable.
Cancelling a session will result in that session being forfeited.
Validity
All sessions must be used within the package duration.
Unused sessions are forfeited after expiry.
Session Transfers
Transferred sessions remain subject to all rescheduling, cancellation, and expiry policies.
The original booking holder retains full responsibility and liability for the booking.
Ambassador Program
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no cost within the 3-month program period.
All sessions must still fall within the original program timeframe.
Cancellations
Sessions are not refundable.
Cancelling a session will result in that session being forfeited.
Booking Requirements
Photo and video shoots must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance.
Program Validity
All sessions and included shoots must be used within the 3-month period.
Unused sessions and benefits are forfeited after expiry.
Session Transfers
Sessions under the Ambassador Program are strictly non-transferable and must be used by the original booking holder.
Any attempt to transfer a session may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
Important
Once a session has been rescheduled, it cannot later be cancelled for a refund.
All bookings are subject to availability.
