1. General

By booking or using the studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all studio hire types, including standard bookings, multi-session packs, and the ambassador program.

Jaylani Studios reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be made through the official booking system or agreed communication channels.

Full payment is required to confirm a standard booking.

Payment plans are offered at the discretion of Jaylani Studios.

• A minimum of 50% payment is required upfront to secure the package or program

• The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe

• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of remaining sessions

• Sessions must still be used within the original validity period

• Payments made are non-refundable

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Bookings may be transferred to another individual; however, the original booking holder remains fully responsible for the booking, liability, and all associated terms and conditions.

Session transfers must be communicated to Jaylani Studios prior to the booking. Full details of the individual attending must be provided in advance. Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry.

3. Studio Use

The studio is to be used for dance practice and approved activities only.

The cyclorama is not available for use unless explicitly agreed.

Mirrors must not be touched, leaned on, or adjusted.

Equipment and space must be treated with care.

The studio must be left in a clean and presentable condition.

A maximum of 3 people are permitted in the studio per booking unless prior approval has been given.

Additional people may result in refusal of entry or termination of the session without refund.

4. Time & Access

Bookings are strictly limited to the reserved time.

A small time buffer is provided between sessions.

Clients must vacate the studio by the end of their booking time.

Overtime may incur additional charges.

5. Damage & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their booking.

Any damage to the studio, equipment, mirrors, or property may result in repair or replacement charges.

Mirror damage repayments start at $600.

Jaylani Studios is not liable for:

• Injury sustained during use of the studio

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

6. Health & Safety

Clients use the studio at their own risk.

Proper footwear and safe practices are required.

Any unsafe behaviour may result in termination of the session without refund.

7. Rescheduling & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to the studio’s rescheduling and cancellation policy as outlined on the website.

​

8. Multi-Session Packs

Sessions must be used within the specified validity period.

Unused sessions are forfeited after expiry.

Sessions are non-refundable.

Packs cannot be transferred unless approved.

Additional sessions may be purchased within the active package period at the same discounted hourly rate.

• Additional sessions must be used within the original package validity period

• Additional sessions do not extend the expiry date of the package

• Additional sessions must be paid for prior to booking confirmation

• Additional sessions purchased under a package are subject to the same rescheduling, cancellation, and expiry conditions as the original sessions

Session Transfers

Sessions may be transferred to another individual if required.

• The original booking holder remains fully responsible for the booking

• All terms and conditions continue to apply regardless of who attends

• Any damage, misuse, or breach of terms remains the responsibility of the original booking holder

• Session transfers must be communicated to Jaylani Studios prior to the booking

• Full details of the individual attending must be provided in advance

• Failure to do so may result in refusal of entry

9. Ambassador Program

The ambassador program is offered at the studio’s discretion.

All sessions and benefits must be used within the 3-month period.

Failure to meet program requirements (including content posting) may result in removal from the program.

The program may not be re-offered once completed.

Ambassador sessions, bookings, and benefits are strictly non-transferable.

Priority Booking Access

Ambassador clients may be granted priority booking access, allowing sessions to be secured outside of standard booking availability.

• Priority access is provided at the discretion of Jaylani Studios

• Priority booking access does not guarantee availability

• All bookings remain subject to availability and operational requirements

• Jaylani Studios reserves the right to modify or withdraw priority booking access at any time

10. Content & Promotion

By participating in the ambassador program, clients agree to:

• Post required content within specified timeframes

• Tag the studio as outlined

Jaylani Studios may repost or share content created within the studio for promotional purposes.

11. Studio Rules

No touching or adjusting mirrors.

No use of restricted areas (including cyclorama unless approved).

Noise levels must be kept to a reasonable level at all times, with consideration for neighbouring businesses and surrounding areas.

Higher volume use should be limited to daytime hours. Noise during late evening periods may be reduced to avoid disturbances.

Excessive noise may result in termination of the session without refund.

Respect the space and surrounding environment.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Jaylani Studios reserves the right to:

• Refuse bookings

• Cancel sessions

• Remove clients from the studio

If behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.

13. Changes & Availability

All bookings are subject to availability.

The studio reserves the right to reschedule bookings if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using the studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
